The Best Customer Service

I wanted to pass along my thoughts of one of your outstanding employees from store #14 in San Antonio, TX and her name is Mary. I have been coming to the Fredericksburg Rd. store #14 for more than 10yrs. Since day 1 and still now I’ve been assisted by Mary many times, she provides the best customer service any company would be proud of. Mary has always greeted me with the upmost professionalism and knowledge in any matter. One time I left an important document in my shirt and Mary called like 10 times to let me know. Most folks wouldn’t bother but Mary was persistent to contact me. I thank you for obtaining such dedicated employee. I still continue to return to #14 to be greeted by Mary with a smile and know I have been given the best customer service. Employees like Mary are hard to come by and keep. So please pass this on to her and her team!
