I Choose To Go Out Of My Way

I wanted to take a few minutes to express my extreme satisfaction with your staff at the 5 Star cleaners, store number 14, on Fredericksburg Road in Balcones Heights.I have been a customer there for several years and I am very happy to patronize this location. The manager, Mary, is always friendly and welcoming, and she sets a great example for her employees regarding customer service. Sabrina is another employee who helps me out, and she also always provides great customer service. They recognize me when I arrive, and although I always ask them to call me by my first name, they insist on addressing me as "Mr. Ledesma."  I appreciate that courtesy, it speaks highly of their character, and their senior management team. They offer to help carry items to my car if a have a large order, and even do so when I tell them it isn't necessary.  These two ladies are really outstanding at their work. I want to let you know that I come here out of choice.  About two years ago I moved to a new home, by Hwy 90 and Loop 1604, but I will gladly continue to go out of my way to this store as I will continue to trust my clothes  to the fine staff at this location.
