I wanted to send you a quick message to tell you what wonderful customer service I received from 1 of your stores yesterday. My oldest daughter was in a panic because her high school letterman had to be dry cleaned and turned in yesterday at her school. She made the Varsity dance team and the coaches were putting the team name on the back flap…Anyway we were out of town over the weekend and didn’t have time to drop it off anywhere. I called the location on Thousand Oaks/Jones Maltsburger and the lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating. I told her I needed the jacket back by 4- 430 so my daughter to take it to her fitting at school. She told me she leaves at 2:00, but would give me a call when it was done. They did call me and I was able to pick it up when I left the office here. I truly appreciate the top notch service I received yesterday, and have been sharing my experience with everyone. We don’t use dry cleaning services very often, but I will definitely be using Five Star Cleaners in the future J
